Let me start off by saying that I was extremely skeptical buying anything on 47th Street. I stopped in about a month ago and saw a beautiful neo-vintage Rolex Kermit in their window which drew me in. I met Emmanuel and his brother and they instantly made me feel like I was a very valued person coming in. I spent some time with them and eventually got their number and followed up once I got home from my trip. I exchanged messages back and forth with Emmanuel for about a week. He was exceptionally patient with me. Answered every question, sent pictures and videos of the watch, and followed up with me appropriately. Good experience selling a watch and resetting my diamond ring. I talked, texted and emailed with Xenon, came to an agreement and he sent me a FedEx label via email. I live in Ohio and sent them my ring and white gold Rolex watch via prepaid/fully insured FedEx. I received payment via bank transfer and they sent me my reset ring a couple weeks later. Overall, I am satisfied with my first experience dealing with Sea Wave Diamonds and would not hesitate to do business again with them.
