Not only was their price the best in the market, but also the entire process was smooth and friendly. They made us feel very comfortable and were not pushy like some of the other people we saw on the same street. Let me start off by saying that I was extremely skeptical buying anything on 47th Street. I stopped in about a month ago and saw a beautiful neo-vintage Rolex Kermit in their window which drew me in. I met Emmanuel and his brother and they instantly made me feel like I was a very valued person coming in. I spent some time with them and eventually got their number and followed up once I got home from my trip. I exchanged messages back and forth with Emmanuel for about a week. He was exceptionally patient with me. Answered every question, sent pictures and videos of the watch, and followed up with me appropriately. When the time came for me to make the decision to purchase, the entire transaction went flawlessly. I purchase a handful of watches yearly and absolutely recommend S.E.A. Good experience selling a watch and resetting my diamond ring. I talked, texted and emailed with Xenon, came to an agreement and he sent me a FedEx label via email. I live in Ohio and sent them my ring and white gold Rolex watch via prepaid/fully insured FedEx. I received payment via bank transfer and they sent me my reset ring a couple weeks later. Overall, I am satisfied with my first experience dealing with Sea Wave Diamonds and would not hesitate to do business again with them.
