Jewelry Return Policy - Online Only
SEA Wave Diamonds values your happiness and satisfaction with our product therefore if you are not satisfied with your purchase at seawavediamonds.com, standard in stock items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of first delivery attempt minus insurance, minus shipping charge. The merchandise must be in original condition; we do not accept refunds for products showing any signs of wear or damage.
In addition, we do not allow returns or exchanges on any altered items. These would include custom sizing, engraving and rhodium polishing, and special orders – essentially, any items that we do not usually keep in stock or that have to be custom made.
At SEA Wave Diamonds , we are confident that you will be thrilled with your jewelry; however, if the item is not to your liking or specifications, we feel that 10 days is enough time to evaluate your purchase.
Custom made or specially ordered pieces (including engagement rings and wedding bands) are created especially for, and based on, the exact requirements of each individual client and therefore may not be returned or exchanged.
To refund an in stock item, you must first speak with a representative at SEA Wave Diamonds to obtain a return authorization number.
Without a return authorization number, the item will be shipped back to the sender. Your return package should include the item, along with any packaging and documents that came with it.
Go to your local post office or carrier, have the item fully insured for the purchase price, and ship it to our address at SEA Wave Diamonds Contact Us.
Please note that SEA Wave Diamonds cannot be responsible for any shipping charges or insurance fees on refunded items. Ask for a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us. For security purposes, do not write the word 'jewelry' anywhere on the outside of the box. Once the item is received by our company, our quality assurance department will inspect the merchandise. After the item is verified, we will issue a refund in the same way payment was made.
Please allow up to five business days upon our receipt of the returned item for this process to take place.

Non-Returnable And Non-Refundable Items
Jewelry and watches that state Final Sale in the product details are not eligible for return. These items primarily include special priced products and closeouts. Due to low special pricing on these, all items labeled Final Sale are not eligible for return and are non-refundable. Items that we have engraved from customer requests are also final sale.
How To Prepare A Return Or Exchange
To return an item to SEA Wave Diamonds, follow the below process:
- For all returns, please call (212) 730-8446 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we're start processing your return if eligible.
- Package Your Return. We recommend you use the original shipping box, including all original packaging and materials. If your item was delivered with an appraisal and GIA report, and that appraisal and report are not returned, you will be liable for the $100 replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write SEA Wave Diamonds anywhere on the outside of the box.
- Insure Your Package. On your invoice, you will find the price you paid for the items you are returning. Please use this total price as the amount you will declare as insured value for the return.

PayPal orders may be returned for credit back to your PayPal account. Please allow up to 2-3 days for your account to be credited.
Ring Sizing Returns
Ring sizing orders may be returned for free first time sizing. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for ring sizing turnaround. Read more on Jewelry Care.
After Your Return Is Received
Once your return is received into our system, you will receive a confirmation email. System processing occurs Monday through Friday. Please allow our team one to three business days, once the carrier arrives to receive product into our system. Once entered into our system, your return must be inspected by our Quality Assurance team. Please allow 2-4 business days for this process. If there are any questions regarding your return, we will contact you. Once inspection is complete, your return will be fully processed.
Credits To Your Charge Card
Credit card purchases and PayPal purchases will be refunded against the credit card or account used on the original purchase. Please allow up to 2-3 business days from the date that our shop has received your return and quality inspection on the item is completed for your account to be credited. You may wish to contact your credit card company on posting guidelines as they can vary.
Watch Return Policy - Only Applicable on Sales Through SEAWAVEDIAMONDS.COMSEA Wave Diamonds offers our clients 24 hour approval period to inspect received watch. Returns can be made only after confirming your request by email or phone (After confirmation you will get your individual return number). Individual return number has to be written on shipping label (packages without the individual return number on shipping label will be returned back to the sender). Customized, engraved, resized, damaged or warn watches can NOT be accepted for return. If the tag has been removed from the watch, purchased from SEA Wave Diamonds, returns can NOT be made.
For security purposes, please DO NOT mention the content of the package on the outside of the box. SEA Wave Diamonds is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during return shipping.
All shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, also restocking fee of 5% may apply.
Remember, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. A return merchandise authorization number can be requested by calling and receiving a Return Request Form, please see our note below regarding Special Orders. All purchases, accessories, serial numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise or restocking fees. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. FOR ALL NEW ITEMS ANY SIGNS OF WEAR OR REMOVAL OF PARTS, WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN.
If when you receive your purchase, there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages, or if the item is not what was ordered, please contact SEA Wave Diamonds within 3 days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections.
If a return shipping label is provided via email, please print the label and tape it to the shipping carton. We do not reimburse or refund shipping charges if a third-party shipper is used.
How to return or exchange a watch
In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request an RMA number please give us a call or email. Issuance of an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. RMA numbers are valid for ten days.
- Place the original package into a shipping carton.
- Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
- Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
- The RMA number must be clearly written on the shipping carton to prevent refusal.
- Please do not use Federal Express to return your order. We do not accept any returns from Federal Express.
- Ship via insured ground service (USPS or UPS) with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- If an order is shipping via ground shipping, the initial shipment fee incurred by SEA Wave Diamonds to ship the merchandise will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Special Watch Orders
Select items sold on SeaWaveDiamonds.com may be considered a "Special Order" and subject to a limited return policy. A "Special Order" may be items that we do not have in our warehouse, items that we do not have on our website which are special ordered from our distributor, all orders that have a sale price equal or greater than $4000, the return of these items/orders will have a restocking fee of 8% or final sale policies unless otherwise agreed by the SEA Wave Diamonds staff via mail, fax or e-mail.

International orders can be processed online and paid with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
All online international orders are verified through the online payment system to accommodate our International cardholders. Please note that your order may be subject to additional verification of address or product availability. If more information is needed, you will be contacted by a customer service representative shortly. You will receive a second email as soon as your order has been verified and processed. To expedite the processing of your order, please be available at the phone number or email address you provided so that we are able to contact you. If our verification department is unable to reach you, your order may be delayed. If your order is not approved you will be notified of your cancelled order status via email.
Wire Transfer Payment
In addition to credit card payments, we also accepts international orders via wire transfer. Wire transfer orders must be submitted via email and processed manually. When sending our shop an international wire transfer payment, please make sure to pay all fees associated with your wire transfer (contact your bank for fee details). We will email you a list of wire transfer instructions after an invoice is generated in our system, and an order total is confirmed.
Duty and Shipping
Most International orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details. The average International order takes up to 1 week for delivery.
If an International order is received damaged or not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by our shop. If the item is received damaged, please contact SEA Wave Diamonds within five business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box as our insurance company may want to inspect it. If the item is not received at all we are required to wait 45 days after the shipment date to conduct an insurance claim.
International Duties & CustomsSEA Wave Diamonds does not assess duties for international orders and they are subsequently subject to applicable customs, import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details.
